Vsad\u00edte se? M\u00e1me j\u00eddlo, st\u0159echu nad hlavou, pr\u00e1ci, svobodu a free wi-fi v ka\u017ed\u00e9 kav\u00e1rn\u011b. A p\u0159esto&#8230; p\u0159ipoj\u00edme se na Instagram a jsme na\u0161tvan\u00ed, \u017ee zn\u00e1m\u00ed jsou na Bali, zat\u00edmco my sed\u00edme doma, ten cheesecake co jsme si objednali ke kafi n\u011bjak divn\u011b chutn\u00e1, nechce se n\u00e1m dom\u016f, proto\u017ee tam prud\u00ed d\u011bti a partner\/-ka, jsme otr\u00e1ven\u00ed z toho, \u017ee z\u00edtra mus\u00edme do kancel\u00e1\u0159e a i ta svoboda pohybu a projevu n\u00e1m n\u011bjak zev\u0161edn\u011bla a nev\u00edme, co s n\u00ed. Co jsme ud\u011blali \u0161patn\u011b, \u017ee nejsme \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jen neum\u00edme zach\u00e1zet s faktem, \u017ee \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nen\u00ed ani na prodej, ani na p\u0159\u00edd\u011bl. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed z\u00e1vis\u00ed na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch okolnostech, nebo ho automaticky spojujeme s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi ud\u00e1lostmi ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b a pak se div\u00edme, kdy\u017e v nich nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed.&nbsp;Jen\u017ee \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed je chvilkov\u00e1 emoce, kter\u00e1 se ned\u00e1 nafixlovat ani zadr\u017eet, stejn\u011b tak, jako to nem\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat se smutkem nebo vztekem. B\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd ve skute\u010dnosti znamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt schopn\u00fd dlouhodob\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvat vysok\u00fd stupe\u0148 spokojenosti ve v\u0161ech oblastech \u017eivota, co\u017e, jak jist\u011b uzn\u00e1te, nikomu nespadne samo do kl\u00edna. B\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, i kdy\u017e se sv\u011bt kolem hrout\u00ed v trosk\u00e1ch, je d\u0159ina a um\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148. Dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va je, \u017ee se tohle um\u011bn\u00ed &#8211; minim\u00e1ln\u011b \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b &#8211; d\u00e1 nau\u010dit, kultivovat a ovl\u00e1dnout. Jak na to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>S nik\u00fdm se nesrovn\u00e1vejte a nevyh\u00fdbejte se negativn\u00edm emoc\u00edm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikdy, opravdu nikdy nezapome\u0148te, \u017ee to, co o sob\u011b lidi \u0159eknou ostatn\u00edm nebo dokonce sd\u00edl\u00ed na Internetu, je jen mal\u00fd st\u0159\u00edpek z jejich ka\u017edodenn\u00ed reality. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00e9 <em>lep\u0161\u00ed.<\/em> Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b jsou iluze a v\u00fdkladn\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b sebeprezentace. Nesrovn\u00e1vejte se kamar\u00e1dkou, kolegy, rodinou, ani s anonymn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dtem na Instagramu. Re\u00e1ln\u00fd \u017eivot se \u017eije jinde a jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity: to, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161ly, nen\u00ed na \u00fakor va\u0161eho \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1te ten pocit, kdy\u017e dostanete ch\u0159ipku? Le\u017e\u00edte v posteli, na\u0161tvan\u00ed, vir\u00f3za v\u00e1m zkazila pl\u00e1ny, nav\u00edc je v\u00e1m \u0161patn\u011b, nemocn\u00ed prost\u011b te\u010f b\u00fdt <em>nechcete<\/em>. Mix t\u011bch nejhor\u0161\u00edch pocit\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b. A pak &#8211; u\u017e nezvl\u00e1dnete vzdorovat. Zru\u0161\u00edte z\u00e1vazky, schoul\u00edte se pod pe\u0159inu, nech\u00e1te hore\u010dku, aby si s v\u00e1mi d\u011blala co um\u00ed &#8211; a v t\u00e9 chv\u00edli je v\u00e1m paradoxn\u011b najednou mnohem l\u00e9pe. <strong>P\u0159ijet\u00ed<\/strong> toho negativn\u00edho, co se ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b d\u011bje, je prvn\u00edm krokem k dlouhodob\u00e9 spokojenosti. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nen\u00ed ve skute\u010dnosti to, co v\u00e1s potkalo. Uka\u017eme si na n\u011bj dnes prstem. Jsou to v\u0161echny ty v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b tak obl\u00edben\u00e9 <em>to-do listy<\/em>, <em>wishlisty<\/em>, <em>habit trackery<\/em> a dal\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1novac\u00ed vychyt\u00e1vky do va\u0161ich di\u00e1\u0159\u016f. V\u0161echny ty seznamy m\u011bst, kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli nav\u0161t\u00edvit, \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byst\u011b m\u011bli stihnout do \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtky a sport\u016f, kter\u00e9 byste cht\u011bli vyzkou\u0161et. Den m\u00e1 prost\u011b jen 24 hodin, a pokud ho napln\u00edte od\u0161krt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm polo\u017eek, budete ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. Va\u0161e pl\u00e1ny mohou b\u00fdt klidn\u011b vesel\u00e9 a pozitivn\u00ed, ale to na v\u011bci nic nem\u011bn\u00ed: kdy\u017e si na sobotu napl\u00e1nujete sn\u00eddani na farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch trz\u00edch, dopoledn\u00ed proch\u00e1zku kolem \u0159eky, ob\u011bd v hipstersk\u00e9m bistru a na odpoledne tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00ed workshop, budete ve\u010der v nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b unaven\u00ed. V tom hor\u0161\u00edm frustrovan\u00ed a na\u0161tvan\u00ed, proto\u017ee jste s velkou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed z toho heroick\u00e9ho seznamu n\u011bco nestihli. Anebo to nevy\u0161lo, jak m\u011blo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u011b skv\u011bl\u00e9 dny nejdou napl\u00e1novat. Anebo jinak: kdy\u017e se na louce pl\u00e1novit\u011b po\u017eenete za babo\u010dkou adm\u00edr\u00e1lem, nev\u0161imnete si kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho b\u011bl\u00e1ska na nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed kytce. Nap\u0159epl\u0148ujte svoje dny, v\u00edkendy, m\u011bs\u00edce a \u017eivoty spoustou napl\u00e1novan\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Odstartujte farm\u00e1\u0159skou sn\u00eddan\u00ed, a zbytek dne a\u0165 se odv\u00edj\u00ed, jak um\u00ed. Zpomalte a vn\u00edmejte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V podstat\u011b tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed i pro lidi a v\u011bci ve va\u0161ich \u017eivotech. Cht\u00edt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 znamen\u00e1 nem\u00edt nikdy dost. Omezte po\u010det p\u0159\u00e1tel na p\u00e1r nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou opravdu na stejn\u00e9 vln\u011b. Zredukujte po\u010det v\u011bc\u00ed kter\u00e9 vlastn\u00edte. Nehrabejte z\u00e1\u017eitky, majetek ani kontakty. V\u00edte, co je opravdov\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed? Ano? V tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mi dovolte poznamenat, \u017ee je to jedna z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edch pravd, na kterou kdy v\u016fbec naraz\u00edte. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t &#8211; a taky stane &#8211; \u017ee v\u00e1s v \u017eivot\u011b potk\u00e1 mnoho nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f a kriz\u00ed, ale to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u00e1te \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nebo nem\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. Znamen\u00e1 to jen jedinou v\u011bc: pro va\u0161e osobn\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed moment\u00e1ln\u011b nepanuj\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Je to stejn\u00e9, jako kdy\u017e chcete j\u00edt na v\u00fdlet, a r\u00e1no se probud\u00edte do de\u0161tiv\u00e9ho dne. M\u016f\u017eete z\u016fstat doma v posteli &#8211; na\u0161tvan\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u0161\u00ed &#8211; a nudit se cel\u00fd den. Nebo m\u016f\u017eete nazout hol\u00ednky, obl\u00e9knout pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bnku a u\u017e\u00edt si v\u00fdlet, p\u0159esto\u017ee v\u00e1m atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky moment\u00e1ln\u011b nep\u0159ej\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00e1, a vlastn\u011b posledn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 se t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a zodpov\u011bdnosti, by se dala shrnout n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed radou: <strong>Nestavte sv\u016fj pocit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na tom, co ud\u011bl\u00e1 nebo neud\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd. <\/strong>V\u00e1\u0161 osobn\u00ed pocit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku opravdu nez\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, jestli v\u00e1s n\u011bjak\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed osoba miluje, pochv\u00e1l\u00ed nebo doprovod\u00ed do kina. Stavte svoji hodnotu na jin\u00fdch v\u011bcech, ne\u017e jsou n\u00e1zory a postoje lid\u00ed kolem v\u00e1s. Va\u017ete si sami sebe pro to, co d\u011bl\u00e1te VY. Pro to, co um\u00edte, pro dobr\u00e9 v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jste ud\u011blali, pro t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 situace, kter\u00e9 jste zvl\u00e1dli. Ne pro to, co n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd \u0159ekl nebo ud\u011blal. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, ne\u0159ekl nebo neud\u011blal \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mi samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jasn\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159ev\u00e9st v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 z\u00e1sady do praxe je extr\u00e9mn\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9.  Ty dva odstavce v\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 zaberou roky pr\u00e1ce. M\u011bs\u00edce a roky uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si, \u017ee nejste pejsek, kter\u00fd je \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, kdy\u017e mu p\u00e1n d\u00e1 pi\u0161kot za dob\u0159e proveden\u00fd p\u0159\u00edkaz. M\u011bs\u00edce a roky uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00ed den bude p\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00fd, jak\u00fd ho pro sebe ud\u011bl\u00e1te. N\u011bco, co pat\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1m, co v\u00e1s napl\u0148uje spokojenost\u00ed a \u0161t\u011bst\u00edm. Pokud to je\u0161t\u011b nem\u00e1te, hledejte. Zkou\u0161ejte nov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, z\u00e1liby, cestujte. Hledejte m\u00edsta, kde se c\u00edt\u00edte b\u00fdt spokojen\u00ed a sami sebou. Je jedno, jestli je to u v\u00e1s v kuchyni (u spor\u00e1ku, na kter\u00e9m spokojen\u011b bubl\u00e1 hov\u011bz\u00ed <em>ossobuco<\/em>), na sk\u00e1le (pov\u011b\u0161en\u00ed na lano s partou podobn\u011b posti\u017een\u00fdch) nebo uprost\u0159ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9 <em>mesety<\/em> (ve vesnick\u00e9 d\u00ed\u0159e, kam by \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd turista se zdrav\u00fdm rozumem nejel, v dru\u017en\u00e9m hovoru s n\u011bkolika m\u00edstn\u00edmi obyvateli). Zvolte si sv\u016fj jed, \u0159e\u010deno se Shakespearem, a nenechte si do n\u011bj mluvit. V\u011bnujte \u010das a \u00fasil\u00ed tomu, co ve v\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 pocit \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. A &#8211; bra\u0148te si ho. Jeho v\u00fdznam je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b &#8222;u\u017eijme si ten \u017eivot, je kr\u00e1tk\u00fd, tak na nic ne\u010dekejme&#8220;. Rad\u00edm v\u00e1m tot\u00e9\u017e &#8211; na nic ne\u010dekejte. \u017dijte te\u010f, tady, tak, jak um\u00edte. Ne\u010dekejte s pocitem \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na to, A\u017d&#8230; (zhubnete, vd\u00e1te se, dostudujete, budete m\u00edt lep\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci&#8230; dopl\u0148te podle sv\u00e9ho uv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed). Nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte tolik. V \u017eivot\u011b se taktizov\u00e1n\u00ed zas tak moc nevyplat\u00ed. N\u011bkdy do omrzen\u00ed zva\u017eujeme celou sadu mo\u017en\u00fdch n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch tah\u016f, vrac\u00edme se dny a t\u00fddny ke v\u0161em variant\u00e1m a mo\u017enostem a p\u0159itom faktor\u016f, ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch sm\u011br va\u0161eho \u017eivota je tolik, \u017ee nem\u00e1te nikdy \u0161anci je postihnout. Polovina \u00fasp\u011bchu v \u017eivot\u011b je um\u011bn\u00ed akceptovat, druhou polovinu tvo\u0159\u00ed schopnost spr\u00e1vn\u011b reagovat na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed ud\u00e1losti. Ale pozor, aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed a skute\u010dn\u00e9!
