Pokud ale takov\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nem\u00e1te, a pot\u00fdk\u00e1te se s n\u011bjakou tou \u017eivotn\u00ed kriz\u00ed, nab\u00edz\u00edm p\u00e1r tip\u016f k jej\u00edmu lep\u0161\u00edmu zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Akceptujte situaci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed, co je dobr\u00e9 ud\u011blat, kdy\u017e se  objev\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed krize, je p\u0159ijmout situaci, jak\u00e1 je. Dokud budete zasekl\u00ed ve f\u00e1zi &#8222;pro\u010d se to d\u011bje pr\u00e1v\u011b mn\u011b&#8220;, nem\u016f\u017eete se pohnout dop\u0159edu. M\u00f3dn\u00ed ezoterick\u00e1 moudra tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161echno, co n\u00e1s v \u017eivot\u011b potk\u00e1, m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd smysl, a \u017ee m\u00e1te p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, pro\u010d dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m potkal zrovna v\u00e1s. To jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bohapust\u00e9 kecy. T\u011b\u017ekosti p\u0159ijdou proto\u017ee p\u0159ijdou, tak jako po zim\u011b p\u0159ijde jaro a na konci dne se setm\u00ed. Lep\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed se prost\u011b v \u017eivot\u011b st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed s hor\u0161\u00edmi, jednou jste naho\u0159e, jednou dole, nic jin\u00e9ho v tom nehledejte. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edc se budete hrabat v tom, pro\u010d je na v\u00e1s \u017eivot tak zl\u00fd, t\u00edm v\u00edc energie na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu si od\u010derp\u00e1te. Va\u0159\u00edte tepl\u00e9 ve\u010de\u0159e? Super, a co v\u00e1s k tomu vede? Bav\u00ed v\u00e1s to, nebo m\u00e1te jen pocit, \u017ee je to vizitka spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho rodi\u010de? Jedete na v\u00edkend se sp\u0159\u00e1telenou rodinkou? Tak jo, a t\u011b\u0161\u00edte se? Nebo u\u017e se p\u0159edem d\u011bs\u00edte, kolik kompromis\u016f budete muset ud\u011blat a kolik nevy\u017e\u00e1dan\u00fdch rad si vyslechnete? Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pou\u010dka pro p\u0159\u00edpady \u017eivotn\u00edch kriz\u00ed &#8211; ale nejen pro n\u011b &#8211; zn\u00ed <strong>d\u011blejte jen to, co opravdu chcete d\u011blat<\/strong>. A v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee si to m\u016f\u017eete dovolit. \u00dapln\u011b klidn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezapome\u0148te, \u017ee zdatn\u00ed \u017erouti energie jsou i lid\u00e9. Zrevidujte svoje vztahy, i kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9. Pokud v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo otravuje neust\u00e1lou negativitou, st\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm, po\u017eadavky, omezte kontakt s n\u00edm na minimum nebo ho \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159eru\u0161te.
