To je toti\u017e ve \u0160pan\u011blsku nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Doprov\u00e1z\u00ed ka\u017edou spole\u010denskou ud\u00e1lost, ka\u017edou oslavu, ka\u017ed\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed, a v\u017edycky se mu v\u011bnuje pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost. Jen tak n\u011bco zhltnout po cest\u011b nebo popadnout do ruky su\u0161enku? To nen\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fd zp\u016fsob, ne, ne. P\u0159\u00edstup k j\u00eddlu je podstatnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho <em>saber vivir<\/em>, um\u011bn\u00ed \u017e\u00edt. Odkoukat pomal\u00e9 ob\u011bdy, n\u00e1slednou siestu a ve\u010dern\u00ed zob\u00e1n\u00ed u sklenky v\u00edna samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u016fbec nen\u00ed \u0161patn\u00fd n\u00e1pad. S t\u00edm byste nejsp\u00ed\u0161 i rovnou souhlasili, ale CO a JAK vlastn\u011b \u0160pan\u011bl\u00e9 jed\u00ed? Olivov\u00fd olej, zeleninu, a v jednom kuse &#8222;potvory z mo\u0159e vyta\u017een\u00fd&#8220;? Sn\u00eddan\u011b se kon\u00e1 v podstat\u011b jako u n\u00e1s, to jest kdy\u017e se probud\u00edte, co\u017e navzdory v\u017eit\u00fdm p\u0159edstav\u00e1m neb\u00fdv\u00e1 nijak extr\u00e9mn\u011b pozd\u011b, neb i \u0160pan\u011bl\u00e9 mus\u00ed chodit do pr\u00e1ce. K\u00e1men \u00farazu je pro n\u00e1s \u010cechy ov\u0161em ob\u011bd, nebo\u0165 ten se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 zhruba mezi p\u016fl druhou a p\u016fl \u010dtvrtou, nej\u010dast\u011bji ve ve t\u0159i odpoledne. Proto spousta \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed otv\u00edr\u00e1 a\u017e v jednu, a ty, kter\u00e9 jsou otev\u0159en\u00e9, zej\u00ed pr\u00e1zdnotou. Ve\u010de\u0159e je na na\u0161e pom\u011bry taky dost pozd\u011b, a\u017e kolem dev\u00e1t\u00e9 nebo des\u00e1t\u00e9 ve\u010der.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sn\u00eddan\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle je jednoduch\u00e9 &#8211; sn\u00eddat m\u016f\u017eete prakticky cokoliv. Hodn\u011b bar\u016f otv\u00edr\u00e1 u\u017e brzy r\u00e1no (brzy = asi v osm) pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli sn\u00eddan\u00edm. V\u011bt\u0161inou maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 menu v cen\u011b kolem t\u0159\u00ed \u010dty\u0159 euro, kter\u00e9 zahrnuje kafe, malou skleni\u010dku \u010derstv\u00e9 pomeran\u010dov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy a j\u00eddlo. To v\u00e1m daj\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b vybrat, sta\u010d\u00ed \u0159\u00edct, jestli chcete rad\u0161i slan\u00e9 (salado) nebo sladk\u00e9 (dulce). Na v\u00fdb\u011br b\u00fdvaj\u00ed obvykle tousty s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm (drcen\u00e1 raj\u010data, \u0161unka, marmel\u00e1da), bramborov\u00e1 tortilla a n\u011bjak\u00e9 ty sladk\u00e9 druhy pe\u010diva (croissant, dom\u00e1c\u00ed buchta). Nebojte se vej\u00edt do mal\u00fdch o\u0161unt\u011bl\u00fdch bar\u016f, naopak se sp\u00ed\u0161 vyhn\u011bte turisticky vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00edm nabl\u00fdskan\u00fdm m\u00edst\u016fm, tam se v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00eddan\u011b dost prodra\u017eit. Jednoduch\u00e9 t\u011bsto z vody a mouky se st\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo do rozp\u00e1len\u00e9ho oleje do tvaru jak\u00fdchsi smy\u010dek, a kdy\u017e tu mastnou h\u0159\u00ed\u0161nou dobrotu pro v\u00e1s vylov\u00ed a lehce osu\u0161\u00ed pap\u00edrem, vezmete ji (je\u0161t\u011b horkou) do ruky a namo\u010d\u00edte konec do hrnku rozeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy. A pak znovu, a dal\u0161\u00ed churros, a je\u0161t\u011b, a\u017e jste tak nacpan\u00ed, \u017ee sotva fun\u00edte. Nejl\u00edp samoz\u0159ejm\u011b chutnaj\u00ed v zim\u011b, v jednom z t\u011bch jisk\u0159iv\u00fdch ledov\u00fdch r\u00e1n, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017eete za\u017e\u00edt v Madridu. Nebe je oslniv\u011b modr\u00e9 a slunce oslepuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale teplota se stejn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017euje nule, a tak se po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zachuml\u00e1te do \u0161\u00e1ly a na ulic\u00edch se rozhl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte tak dlouho, dokud neuvid\u00edte obchod s v\u0161e\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc\u00edm n\u00e1zvem <em>churrer\u00eda<\/em>, a tam si poru\u010d\u00edte horkou \u010dokol\u00e1du do kel\u00edmku a k nim do ruky pytl\u00edk churros. Nebo<strong> porras<\/strong>, kdy\u017e na to p\u0159ijde. Porras jsou ze stejn\u00e9ho t\u011bsta, jen s p\u0159\u00eddavkem kyp\u0159\u00edc\u00edho pr\u00e1\u0161ku, tak\u017ee jsou nad\u00fdchan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a maj\u00ed podobu rovn\u00fdch del\u0161\u00edch klack\u016f. N\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem je tedy t\u0159eba vy\u0159e\u0161it hlad, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s na p\u016fl cesty mezi sn\u00eddan\u00ed a ob\u011bdem p\u0159epadne. M\u00edstn\u00ed si kolem poledn\u00edho d\u00e1vaj\u00ed skleni\u010dku a k n\u00ed malou \u201ctapu\u201d, tak\u017ee je napodobte. Skleni\u010dka je v\u011bt\u0161inou alkoholick\u00e1 &#8211; decka v\u00edna nebo vermutu nebo \u201cca\u00f1a\u201d (mal\u00e9, asi dvoudecov\u00e9 pivo). Pokud nechcete p\u00edt alkohol, v Kast\u00edlii si m\u016f\u017eete objednat \u201cmosto\u201d, co\u017e je n\u00e1poj z b\u00edl\u00fdch nebo \u010derven\u00fdch hrozn\u016f vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd naprosto stejn\u00fdm postupem jako v\u00edno, jen bez alkoholu. Jen pozor, mosto se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v Kast\u00edlii, a tak nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b jist\u00e9, \u017ee ho dostanete v\u0161ude. V\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 \u201ctapa\u201d je zpravidla d\u00edlek bramborov\u00e9 tortilly nebo mal\u00fd sendvi\u010d. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech \u0160pan\u011blska ji dostanete automaticky a zdarma, jinde si ji budete muset objednat. Kdy\u017e nev\u00edte co \u010dekat, objednejte skleni\u010dku a chv\u00edli po\u010dkejte &#8211; tapa zdarma p\u0159istane na va\u0161em stole zhruba do p\u011bti minut pot\u00e9, co v\u00e1m p\u0159inesou pit\u00ed. Pokud se v\u00e1s zeptaj\u00ed, jestli m\u00e1te ke skleni\u010dce chu\u0165 na olivy nebo kousek tortilly, \u0159ekn\u011bte, \u017ee ano &#8211; i to je nab\u00eddka \u201ctapy\u201d zadarmo. Prvn\u00ed chod nen\u00ed my\u0161len jako p\u0159edkrm, je to v\u011bt\u0161inou norm\u00e1ln\u011b velk\u00e1 porce, jen prost\u011b jin\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt tak jako u n\u00e1s pol\u00e9vka, ale nemus\u00ed: prvn\u00ed chod je velmi \u010dasto sal\u00e1t, bu\u010f ze sez\u00f3nn\u00ed zeleniny (raj\u010data, papriky, cibule) dopln\u011bn\u00fd n\u011b\u010d\u00edm hutn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm (tu\u0148\u00e1k, vejce), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b je to syt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sal\u00e1t, kde prim nehraje zelenina, t\u0159eba \u201censalada rusa\u201d (jako n\u00e1\u0161 vla\u0161\u00e1k) nebo \u201csalpic\u00f3n de marisco\u201d (sal\u00e1t z mo\u0159sk\u00fdch plod\u016f). \u010cast\u00fd prvn\u00ed chod je i men\u0161\u00ed porce paelly nebo \u201cfideu\u00e1\u201d (jako paella, ale m\u00edsto r\u00fd\u017ee obsahuje nudle). J\u00eddlo typick\u00e9 pro prvn\u00ed chod je i takzvan\u00fd \u201cpotaje\u201d (\u010dte se \u201cpotache\u201d), co\u017e je j\u00eddlo s konzistenc\u00ed hust\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pol\u00e9vky, kter\u00e9 obsahuje lu\u0161t\u011bniny a n\u011bjak\u00fd ten p\u0159\u00eddavek (maso, mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody). Mn\u011b potaje hrozn\u011b chutn\u00e1 a m\u016f\u017eu se po n\u011bm utlouct, a tak v\u00e1m ho doporu\u010duji k vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed, ne\u010dekejte ale chu\u0165 podobnou \u010desk\u00fdm v\u00fdvar\u016fm. Ob\u011bd se j\u00ed nav\u00edc s chlebem, ten dostanete automaticky. Pokud byste r\u00e1di n\u011bco obalen\u00e9ho, zkuste \u201ccachopo\u201d (\u010dte se \u201cka\u010dopo\u201d), co\u017e je \u0159\u00edzek pln\u011bn\u00fd \u0161unkou a s\u00fdrem, ten potk\u00e1te nej\u010dast\u011bji na severu. Velmi \u010dast\u00fdmi mo\u017enostmi jsou \u201cnatillas\u201d (pudink), \u201carroz con leche\u201d (ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee), flan (v podstat\u011b taky pudink, ale s karamelizovan\u00fdm spodkem), &#8222;crema catalana&#8220; (katal\u00e1nsk\u00e1 verze <em>cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e<\/em>) nebo \u201cmacedonia\u201d (ovocn\u00fd sal\u00e1t). Ceny za denn\u00ed menu se r\u016fzn\u00ed podle oblasti \u0160pan\u011blska i konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed restaurace, m\u016f\u017eete se naj\u00edst za t\u0159in\u00e1ct euro, ale taky za p\u011btadvacet. Denn\u00ed menu v\u017edy obsahuje alespo\u0148 dva chody, jeden n\u00e1poj a z\u00e1kusek nebo k\u00e1vu. To, co p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 restaurace v dan\u00fd den v menu nab\u00edz\u00ed, najdete bu\u010f vypsan\u00e9 na tabuli venku p\u0159ed restaurac\u00ed, nebo v\u00e1m to obsluha odrecituje u stolu. Zpravidla m\u00e1te na v\u00fdb\u011br z n\u011bkolika (cca t\u0159\u00ed a\u017e p\u011bti) variant pro prvn\u00ed i druh\u00fd chod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ve\u010de\u0159e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi ob\u011bdem a ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed se v\u011bt\u0161inou u\u017e nic nej\u00ed. Ob\u011bd b\u00fdv\u00e1 tak vydatn\u00fd, \u017ee stejn\u011b nem\u00e1te hlad. A kdyby p\u0159ece ano, v\u017edycky jsou tu tapas. Kdo v\u00e1m br\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1t si kolem \u0161est\u00e9 n\u011bco mal\u00e9ho?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u010de\u0159e samotn\u00e1 b\u00fdv\u00e1 opravdu pozd\u011b. V rodin\u00e1ch se naprosto b\u011b\u017en\u011b j\u00ed a\u017e v deset a tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed i v restaurac\u00edch. V z\u00e1sad\u011b m\u00e1te op\u011bt dv\u011b mo\u017enosti: ve\u010de\u0159et usazen\u00ed u stolu (pak se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee si objedn\u00e1te z menu) nebo tapas, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee odehr\u00e1t &#8222;na stoj\u00e1ka&#8220; (obvyklej\u0161\u00ed varianta), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b t\u00e9\u017e u stolu, ale obvykle v jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti restaurace. Kdo pot\u0159ebuje prost\u0159en\u00fd st\u016fl, l\u00e1tkov\u00fd ubrousek a vrchn\u00edho k ruce, kdy\u017e si m\u00edsto toho m\u016f\u017eete stoupnout k vysok\u00e9mu pultu, strkat se s ostatn\u00edmi, pok\u0159ikovat na barmana a olizovat si prsty? Lu\u0161t\u011bninovo &#8211; zeleninov\u00e1 j\u00eddla jsou velmi b\u011b\u017en\u00e1, v\u010detn\u011b druh\u016f jako jsou arty\u010doky, kapusta, cizrna nebo ch\u0159est. Zeleninov\u00fd sal\u00e1t se nevn\u00edm\u00e1 jako samostatn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, ale sp\u00ed\u0161 jako b\u011b\u017en\u00fd dopln\u011bk. Ke v\u0161emu &#8211; i k hlavn\u00edm j\u00eddl\u016fm s vlastn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edlohou &#8211; se j\u00ed nezbytn\u00fd b\u00edl\u00fd chl\u00e9b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro \u010cecha b\u00fdv\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed k\u00e1men \u00farazu v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 chu\u0165 mo\u0159e. Nej\u00edst mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody ve \u0160pan\u011blsku znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se moc nenaj\u00edte &#8211; respektive \u017ee j\u00edte po\u0159\u00e1d dokola to sam\u00e9, co\u017e je dost \u0161koda. Jsou nav\u00edc natolik obvyklou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, \u017ee v\u00e1s na jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnost nikdo neupozorn\u00ed a n\u011bjakou tu zatoulanou \u0161kebli najdete v pol\u00e9vce nebo v &#8222;potaje&#8220; pom\u011brn\u011b \u010dasto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed, co m\u016f\u017eet ud\u011blat, je postupn\u011b si zvyknout. Kl\u00ed\u010d k \u00fasp\u011bchu je za\u010d\u00edt m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi chut\u011bmi. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek se ur\u010dit\u011b vyhn\u011bte pol\u00e9vk\u00e1m z mo\u0159sk\u00fdch plod\u016f, kam se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed sko\u0159\u00e1pky mo\u0159sk\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, aby z\u00edskaly silnou chu\u0165. Vyberte si sp\u00ed\u0161 j\u00eddlo, kde se objevuje jen maso jako takov\u00e9 a ne jeho schr\u00e1nka (tzn. vnit\u0159ek sl\u00e1vky v om\u00e1\u010dce ano, sl\u00e1vky cel\u00e9 zat\u00edm ne). Chu\u0165 mo\u0159e oslab\u00ed i sma\u017een\u00ed (zkuste sma\u017een\u00e9 krevety nebo kalam\u00e1ry) a citron.
